Return Window
You may return items within 15 days of the invoice date. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and that you’ve obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply contact us with your invoice number. We'll issue you a RAN and guide you through the next steps.

Restocking Fee
Returns made between 15 and 60 days from the invoice date may be accepted, but will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items returned after 60 days
• Used merchandise
• Custom or special orders made specifically for your needs

Once a special order has reached a certain stage of production, it can no longer be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. What’s the difference between rayon and polyester thread?
Rayon has a softer finish and high sheen, making it ideal for delicate fabrics and intricate designs. Polyester is more durable and colorfast, great for high-wear items or garments that require frequent washing.

Q. Are your threads colorfast and washable?
Yes! All our threads are made with premium dyes and tested for washability. However, we recommend testing your specific laundering method and fabric combination for best results.

Q. Are the threads compatible with all embroidery machines?
Absolutely. Our threads are compatible with most major machine brands including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Tajima, Barudan, and more.

Q. How quickly do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We’ll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (some restrictions apply, like oversized stabilizers and aerosol items).

Q. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us right away — we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
