Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may return items within 15 days of the invoice date. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and that you’ve obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply contact us with your invoice number. We'll issue you a RAN and guide you through the next steps.

Restocking Fee
Returns made between 15 and 60 days from the invoice date may be accepted, but will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items returned after 60 days
  • Used merchandise
  • Custom or special orders made specifically for your needs

Once a special order has reached a certain stage of production, it can no longer be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
